Rear driver-side speaker buzzing.

Rear driver-side speaker buzzing.
I know this happens to a lot of you but i have had some bad expirences.
I have a brand new 2006 Acura TSX. I play my music at normal volume and the rear speaker buzzes. I go to the dealer 3 days after i buy the car about the problem. They test it and claim that there is nothing wrong with the speaker. I tryed to demo the problem for them and nothing happened. As i pulled onto the highway, it started doing it again. Could the problem be more prevalent when the car is moving? I was too frustrated to go back and tell them.
Now, i went back two weeks later and they denied it again after hearing the problem themselves. They say they need to keep the car with them for a day to "further evaluate" the problem.
What really pissed me off the most was that when they took my car both times for 1-2 hrs they had the a/c on full blast, with the temp on LO.
Soo my question is, what can i do to get my speaker fixed? OR what can i say/do to have the dealer fix it with no questions asked?
should i print this out and show them? (the second one down) but i noticed it says that it is a problem only with the 2004 model. http://www.acura-tsx.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24738
Thanks in advance!
