Rear deck question

might be a stupid question :sqntfawk: , but does the rear deck need to be removed to replace the 6x9's? 'cause in my old car i had to remove it.

Do you have a first or sec gen?

If it's sec gen: Not really, but it helps. Also, when you remove the deck you can dynomat it or some other sound deadening because it's not called the rattle trap for nothing.

No it's not a must, but be careful with the trunk torsion bars. They limit the size of the speaker magnet you can put in there. Make sure you measure before you buy. I learned the hard way.
