TL: radio reception
03 tl-s, has anyone notice that the radio reception is not the best in our car with the in-glass antennaa???
also i got a Alpine IVA-D300 head unit, and stock antenna wire is plugged straight into the "brains" (under passenger seat)(just rerouted the factory wire) of the head unit, with no wire extensions or anything

It's similar with my CL, I got a radio amplifier that did the trick, however I drive by 2-3 TV stations every day so I got some white noise due to the amplified signal. It's worth the $20 or so to make your radio clear IMO

but yeah it is kinda hilly around where i live, and the tl likes to lose the stations quite a bit, but in other vehicles, thay will still pick them up perfectly fine
, where the tl drops out
02 Inspire (TL) Type S, new to forums. I find the signal weak too. Plus I need to get an adapter to get more than two stations as car from Japan. They're around 40 kiwi pesos. But the 6 disc cd player works great and the sound is quite good.
you might have to get an aftermarkewt radio then since you got a jap import, to be able to recieve the correct stations, what do people normally do when they get a imported car??? (since it is fairly commen there)
