Questions about Nav DVD upgrades ('07 TL-S).

After almost 4 years I'd like to upgrade the Nav DVD in my '07 TL Type-S and just have a few questions.

Is v4.92 the latest version? Its on sale for $149 here:

What time of year does Acura release the next version? I don't want to buy v4.92 if the next version will be coming out in a month or two.

Where's the best place to buy the DVD? Dealer? Online at the above link?
