What do you think of the 6x9 adapters to install 6.5's instead?

I am all in favor of installing round speakers instead of 6x9s. However, I tend to make my own adapters out of 1/4". They usually sound better than the thin plastic.

These would make a good template though, and are probably fine for a system using deck power... but I would use something stiffer and less prone to buzz myself : )
