Question about sensitivity/input impedance

I want to install the Kenwood KSC-SW1 powered subwoofer in my 2005 TSX.

Looking at the "examples of applications" I've attached, Im thinking the 3rd example ( on the lower left corner) is the easiest way to install it. Since the TSX does have the stock amplifier and the lows are already being filtered to the rear deck.

Im just unsure about the sensitivity/input impedance. I've also attached the Specifications of the Kenwood unit. It says that when the unit is hooked up using the speaker input, the sensitivity/input impedance is 1.1v/2.2k Ohms. I know that the TSX has 4 OHM speakers so it is fine to hook it up to the unit since it is 2.2kOhms. BUT does it change the load if I also keep my rear deck 6x9 subs connected as well? I have a set of Boston Acoustic 6x9 2ways that I would like to just throw in instead of the stocks, I know that they will only be pushing the lows but I'm sure they'll sound better that the stocks.

The unit has Dual Voice Coils, does that change anything?....any thoughts or suggestions about the other "examples of applications" shown.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me get this thing installed in my ride.
