Question PS2 to DVD PLAYER

Sup fellaz, I got a PIONEER in-dash dvd player with flip out screen...I want to hook up my PS2 to it... It has a brain which was installed im my trunk..The brain unit is an AVM-P800R. I tried for about 2 hours to find the correct inputs to put the PS2 into but did not succeed. If anyone can help out hit me up...Thanx..

Can't physically find the inputs? Or can't switch the display to it? There has got to be a yellow RCA style connector for video on the unit. Does the HU have a "source" button or "aux"? Try pressing those? Sometimes you have to "turn-on" those channels thru some menu. My regular/non-video HU I needed to "activate" the AUX input before it would allow me to select it as a source - maybe you have a similar problem. Check the manual, I guess.

^agreed. with pioneer you have to turn on the aux input via the menu. with the headunit off you gotta push a button. its not power. i forget the actual button, next time im in the car ill respond again. it usually the same button that lets you get into the menu to change the time

do you have the 7300dvd? if so the video in is behind the headunit. the brain is just for sound out to amps or to your speakers if you dont have an amp.
