Protection light on amp...
something may be grounding out or the amp is bad.
-also check you ground connections.
-only connect your (+), (-), remote wires and see if it still in protect. disconnect your rcas also.

If you go to your local sound shop... you can ask them to check the subs and the amp for you. They may try to charge your ass like 5 bucks, but at least you'll be able to find out what the problem is.
