Installed the ProClip Angled Mount (854030) along with the iPhone 5 Adjustable Holder (514435). Purchased directly from ProClip, with the 10% discount they provided over the phone it came out to $89.48 for both pieces. Took about 5 minutes to install with the provided gap opener.

Pros:
1.) It is very easy to attach to the console, with no drilling or permanent impact on MDX.
2.) Adjustable both for the phone and viewing angle.
3.) Very sturdy
4.) Does not affect viewing or access to any controls or the cup holder.

Cons:
1.) Expensive - but I'm in my car a lot so I like the convenience
2.) Cable management

I'm currently using this with a compact high output USAMS dual USB charger I bought from Amazon for about $8.00. I'd prefer to hardwire the Apple cable somewhere behind the dash so I could close the tray. I'm going to keep searching the forum for some ideas on that option. Overall, satisfied with the look and convenience.

Love these mounts. They are expensive but I find they are well worth it for convenience and a clean look.

In my TL I run the cable along the side of the center console (I tuck it under) to the inside of the center console where there is a power plug there and my USASpec unit. I'm not sure if the MDX has this but it keeps the cables clean if your able to do this.
