Problems ordering new Navi disc?

Problems ordering new Navi disc?

Has anyone else become completely frustrated in trying to order the new Navi DVD? I've called the phone number at least 10 times in the last week, left messages each time, and I still haven't heard from anyone.

Their answering machine message now says to leave an e-mail address or fax #, but that hasn't worked for me either.

The previous message indicated you could order the disc on the website, but I don't see anyplace on the site where you can order the disc.

You can try this link and see if it works:

It's from the Acura's Owner website. Register there if you haven't already (very cool). Once you get there, if you click on the "My TL" link you'll see the option of ordering the DVD online.

I'll save you some $$$$ though. If you have version 2.03 or 2.04, getting the latest (2.05) is probably a waste of $150. Very few changes on it.

It took me over a week to order the damn thing, and I finally only got it because I left a message and they called me back.

However, DO NOT ORDER IT if you think you will get coverage in Western Mass. FORGET IT! The pdf file shows coverage, the disc does not.

If you have 2.03, save your money.
