Price on a used system
A friend wants to sells his 2 12" eclipse aluminum subs, PG amp, battery, cap, and box to me for 500, Does this sound like a reasonable price?

depends on how ab/used the stuff was... if theres any waranty left (doubtful) if it suits your needs...

He has had all of it for a while now around 2 years, but it very anal about taking care of everything (he once put a thermometer up to the air vents and took the car in because the temperature wasn’t right).

well this doesnt seem sltogether unreasonable if the stuff has ben taken care of well, just keep in mind that if somethign breaks you have to replace it....

used electronics always scare me

I always buy used. I never had any issues... seems like a good price. Go for it!

Not sure which model it is, I have about another 1-2 months before he takes everything out and puts his new stuff in, next time i see him i get the amp model.
