Pre-amp in my tsx

Hey guys, quick question about pre-ampt output on the tsx. Does it have one? I ordered the adapter from auto-toys to hook up my XM commander via AUX input. Just wondering if I can now add a amp and sub to this combination.

I just started looking for my friends TSX. In a post it said you can splice the "rca interrconnect plugs" from the 6x9 in the back. I just wanted to double check somethings. Like I would assume that if you wanted to have a two channel amp you can splice the left from the left side and the right from the right side and plug the interconnects to that amp?

Oh one more thing. I found rca heads but you have to connect them to the wire. Is the middle rca plug positive or negative?

Quick question, and I am too lazy to start a new thread. Besides, this is relevant.

I got a new amp and speakers thrown into my TSX a couple of weeks ago. I haven't been overly happy with the sound. After some questioning I just realized that they didn't splice into the RCA level wires, they used the speaker level out of the factory amp. Apparently they didn't have a wiring diagram and couldn't figure out what wire was what. So now I have to go a run the wires from the HU to the after market amp.

For those who have done this, how long does it take and what things should I look out for? I may take it back to the installer, but right now I don't feel like throwing more cash at them.
