I have a power inverter under my seat for my dvd player for the navi thing, but I want to get something that I can mount under the hood and hok up to the distributor and have a on/off switch in the cabin of the car probably under the steering wheel. Has anyone done this? And if so what kind did you get?

I am also trying to find a good place to mount my pioneer dvd player (without screen). I was thinking in my glove box, but then i can't use the remote. I then wanted to put it in the top part of my center console, but its not wide enough. I am trying to keep the car intact (no cutting, custom fitting, etc..) so I am running out of options. any ideas????
