Plastic trim replacement for new stereo install?

I want to put my Pioneer XM Satellite Receiver Unit and Infinity Basslink Control where the notepad drawer is. But I'm going to need some nice plastic trim to cover the gaps. Any ideas on where I can buy this plastic replacement trim? Anyone else done the same?

The only think that you could do is go to car stereo shops and ask them to customize you one. Or do what I would do. Do-it-yourself. Good luck.
