Pioneer Pdv-10

Anyone currently have this unit? I know it does not have a screen, but i just want to use it with my video-navi so i don't have to carry around my laptop with me everytime and risk that getting stolen or something.

Won my auction and should receive the dvd player in a few days. I am going to document the install of this in my glove box or center console (haven't decided yet) and then the link to the video on the navi kit as well....

I will most likely put it in my glove box because i use my center console to damn much.

Actually just checking out streeteffectz.com and found this....

This is what I am going to do.....hidden to the naked eye and will not interfere too much with the top part of my center console

I asked Ron about the front seat top-side setup and he told me that was very difficult to do. So I went with my second choice in the backseat. Remeber the remote control can completely control the unit as I have extended the remote control eye to the front ashtray (I point the remote at the stereo).

Since I have a CL, the rear seat armrest is closer to me (driver) than it would be in a TL. In any case, PDV-10 is the best choice.

Difficult is my middle name Anything I do usually turns into a monster project because as I am doing it I think of different things I want to do to customize it. I'm not worried about controlling it...I am worried about changing the discs. Once I get it I will experiement with where I will put it. BTW, whose TL is that Pionner installed in?

Project? Can you say my Summer Project? Been working on this since June and probably won't be finished until October.
