Pioneer and ipod?
Im thinking about purchasing the Pionner Avic-D1 and im also looking to connect my ipod to it. I see that pioneer has the connector for it but everyone says it sucks, is there another connector i can use for it, also the pioneer ipod connector says it will only fit the 30gb 40gb and the mini, but i have a nano.. Any input would be great thanks guys

The Pioneer IB100 Ipod adapter isn't that bad if you just use playlists. The Ipod is still alot easier to use to navigate if you don't use playlists though.
Here's another option for you:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Peripheral-Ipod-...QQcmdZViewItem
With this you would still control everything using the Ipod itself. It would charge the Ipod and you would listen to it by changing to the AUX input on your stereo.
