Unhappy Pioneer GEX-P7000TV Instructions

I have almost given up on following and adding to previous threads becasue I am NOT getting anywhere.

I appologize for starting a new thread on something that is probably covered already but I CAN NOT find the proper information anywhere on this forum.

I have been reading threads regarding using the Pioneer GEX-P7000TV but CAN NOT find any instructions on setting this up.

Are the instructions being hidden for a special reason or can someone find these instructions?? I know this works becuase a lot of you rave about it.

Please help, ever since I have told my wife about getting DVD's to work on the Navi. screen, she is on my case to get this done and I do not want to end up doing the wrong thing.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanks!

SSS

Dude, the person you need to talk to is songoku. he has a pic with instructions. those in conjunction with the instructions that typeSdragoon wrote are all you need. its a lot of splice and dice wiring, but it works

just to add, the gex unit creates a way to input video to the nav screen. fortunately, the gex unit contains a tv tuner, a fm modulator and additional inputs...you still have to buy sources like a car dvd player, ps2 console, vcr, etc. NOTE, you do not use the nav unit in the trunk to play dvd disc's!!!

just search the entire board using "songoku" and you will be able to locate the pic with all the info. you basically take the included cable with the gex, cut off one end, find and separate the appropriate wires and then connect them to you car.

if you need the instructions identifying what wires to cut in the car, you can also search useing "nav conversion" or just head over to a-cl and look for a user called "typesdragoon"...he created the instructions and the link is in his sig.
