Car: Acura TL 2003 Without navi. standard BOSE system.

I bought:

Pioneer fh-x700bt

and a wire harness that has the RCA plugs. (I was told that I needed these from someone so that the BOSE speakers could be powered?? Wrong?? I dunno)

got everything plugged in and I can only hear anything if it is all the way turned up.

What is wrong? should I go buy a standard harness that doesn't have the RCAs?

I noticed that there are two factory harnesses only one is used with the stereo harness I bought. Does anything need to be done with the second?

I tried reading through the other threads. Didn't really see this problem.

you might wanna go standard. go to the dealership. they'll get you set-up right.
