does anybody have the pioneer CD-IB100 ipod adapter? if so - what are your overall opions of it? also - if i hook it up to my pioneer d1, does it have more than 8 words of text displayed? how is the interface?

i agree with boku. i bought it thinking it would be so tyte, i was DEAD WRONG! it does not display any information on the screen. only thing you can do is hit next and previous on the screen. VERY DUMB!!

 

i read it was a worthless POS, so I just used the audio / video inputs on the AVIC N2. Sounds like a made the right choice.

 

u may want to try the Peripheral Ipod to pioneer piece. From what the company has to say about it, it opens up features not avail before. Personally I've only use it on the Kenwoods and although it's a little harder to use then kenwoods Ip500 it is a lot better.
