I belive all the CL's are similar interms of factory radio, unless you have the Navi, already.
Anyways, I hope you know its a b**** to take that deck out.
First you have to take the bowling ball trims off the sides, do that buy opening the centre console storage compartment. then lift the bowling ball alley trims from the top, they'll pull right now, they're clipped in.
then in the centre console area, remove the 4 gold screws on left and right.
remove the trim around the shifter by pulling it off with your fingers.
Open your storage compartment, there are 4 gold screws, remove those.
Then yank that compartment back, it will separate from the shifter area.
then the side panels that were benief the bowling alley trims there are I belive 2 screws on each side.
after removing those, reach from under and pop out the heated seat switches.
Do that for both sides.
Then where the switches were held in, pop out those plastic panels.
behind there, there are two more screws
remove those and the whole deck, including the like storage compartment above it, should pop out.
Then buy a metra kit.
the only thing is, our cars come with a bose system, meaning all the speakers are already amplified.
If you want you can buy a regular honda/Acura wire harness and wire it high level in, or as prefered by me, using a low level input, you can the special factory amplified harness from Metra, I can't remember the harness off the top of my head, but that would be the better one, it has RCA inputs for your deck for all 4 channels.
You also need a Mounting kit, you can get that from a Metra or a Scoche, they look identical.
Then wiring up the AVIC. There are several wires. You have to mount the processor somewhere, but it cannot be too far either. Some wires you would need to find, are VSS(Vehicle Speed Sensor), Tach, Reverse, Ebrake? I can't remember if you need ebrake.
If you want the wiring diagrams I can get them for you as well.
Just PM me ( I can sell you the kit and the harness if you'd like, my company sells them, just pay the shipping and handling) (canadian funds, you are looking at $40 plus shipping)
