Pioneer AVIC-D3 Nav

Sup guys, i just bought me a pioneer avic-d3 nav system. I have no clue how to install stereos/navs, so im looking to see if anyone knows any affordable, reliable place in the SoCal area where i can get this thing installed......oh, btw its not going on my CL since i already have a navi in it. Its going in my 92 MR2.....Also, if anyone on the Azine boards is experienced with installing these things, and is local let me know. Im located in the Glendale area.

You're doing the exact same thing I'm doing to my car. I've got uncald4 making me a kit which should be done today and it should be pretty easy to DIY from there. I suggest you get in touch with him

Uncald4 will make it as easy as humanly possible to connect the D3 to the Acura harness and still maintain steering wheel controls, video bypass, and amp hookups. The man is a genius. I'm actually getting his kit tomorrow or the day after so I can let you know how my experience goes with his kits.

Thnx for the replies guys, i just got it installed BTW it was for my 92 mr2 and not my Acura......i already have the stock navi in my CL. Anyway, the unit is awesome, and it looks beautiful. It has a very user-friendly UI, and is pretty easy to use. The Navigation/iPod/Radio/DVD features function very well. This is by far the best thing ive ever done with $500 from my income tax refund. Well, here it is installed in my 2......Enjoy
