I'm looking at getting a Pioneer Avic D3 to put in my 2G CL. Pioneer has a $200 rebate on it thats good til May 31 but it cant be used at Best Buy, Circuit city, car toys, tweeter, and a few other stores... Circuit City has the D3 advertised on their website for $599.99 but of course, that rebate can't be used with that deal. Any advice on where I can find the best deal on a D3? All the electronics shops are sold out of the D3 around here and aren't getting anymore so I'm assuming that Pioneer is gonna kill off the D3 (maybe thats why they're doing this rebate offer?) I like the Z2 as well but its out of my budget.

Soooo again, to my question... Possible to get a Pioneer D3 for under or around $400?

Ah, was tryin to avoid ebay til the last resort lol. Just read up on the new Avic F Series... damn thats sweetness but i want a D3 cuz thats what i'm gonna be able to afford... Once the F series gets going, whats gonna happen to the remaining D3s? they're already down to $599

 

even when F does come out i dont think the price is going to change much, i mean look at how much a d2 or d1 costs. they're still around $400.

 

...just bought the D3X (Bluetooth/Ipod interface included) for $800 shipped from Amazon.

The lowest I saw was $520 for the deck alone. PM me this weekend if you want to check it out, im putting it in tomorrow.
