Looks like quite a job - congrats! I don't see the Eclipse Amp - is it going forward of the Alpines (towards the rear seat)?

Make sure to use some of that ought gauge to replace the skinny wire that connects the alternator to the battery and the battery to the grounding point : )

And I didn't want to tell ya, but your steering wheel's on the wrong side, dude!

You have one 4-ch amp and 2 2-ch amps... what's the wiring setup? What's driving the Dynes?

And what did you do with the OE head unit? Is it going into the Alpine with the Ai-NET AUX in adapter?

Keep us posted... nice pics!

Lower it says, floating amp(Eclipse), so I think a picture is going be worth 1000 words when he posts it..

My buddy has some floating amps in his car, I made the brackets to float the amsp for him on a CNC..I'll have dig up those pics..

Perth: It looks great so far! I want to see the finished product pics...and curious about the wiring, too..

thanks guys, and here is some answers to the Q's

the eclipse amp will be centrally mounted on an angle above the 2 alpine amps. It will be "floating" as it will be mounted on a small chrome pole. All wiring for the eclipes has been done internally so that nowhere in the boot will there be visable wiring. The distribution block and cap will sit between the two alpine amp, recessed as well.

As far as how it is wired up, I have no idea at the moment, that was up to their discression, as I dont have a clue about that stuff.
But basically the 2 chan alpine amp will be driving the rear speakers only. Overkill yes, but the alpine amps are left over from my last install and its wasnt worth selling the thing. Plus I wanted a balanced look to the boot. *** shrugs shoulders *** meh.

The eclipse amp will be driving the subs only.

I think, but not sure the 4 channel will run the Dynaudio fronts, with each component being a channel?? Not sure tho. All will be revealed on Wed when I pick the car up.
The wiring from alt to battery and battery to ground has also been upgraded.

The OE HU is staying as is. No I wont be running the factory HU into the new alpine one. Doesnt really bother me. The Single in dash and 12 disc stacker covers my needs

The steering wheel is a longer term issue, not sure how to put it on the other side LOL

Thanks guys and will post some more pics later this week.

picked up car today.

Still not ready and have had a major problem with a brand new Rockford Fosgate RCA lead failure, that has resulted in input side of amp being blown.

It will be going to workshop again next week, to get all fixed up and tuned.
