we have a stock immobilizer in our car right? cause our keys have a "Chip" in it, so a theif cant steal it without a key (yes other options but mainly the key) correct? i just wanna clear up some things in my mind about immobilizer. im confused bout all this stuff and im a noob when it comes to car alarms, i want to buy one when i get my new car....and i want to have an immobilizer with my aftermarket system

whats the point in a immobilizer by pass also?

after reading some stuff, if u put a by pass immbolizer in the car with an aftermarket alarm, the immobolizer doesnt work anymore...true?
