Oscillating sound
Has anyone experienced an intermittant oscillating sound "duckaduck duckaduck duckaduck" in a 2001 CL w/o nav. It's the standard Pioneer/Blose system.
The problem is that it only happens once or twice a day at random, so the dealer service techs don't hear it, and as such, are reluctant to replace anything.
The service manager thinks it's our cell phones. However, we are not receiving or sending calls at the time of the noise.
My personal feeling is it is the amplifier. It may be the head unit. It can't be the speakers. It's definitely not our cell phones.
If anyone else has heard this noise, and especially if you've isolated the cause, I'd love to hear about it.
Thanks.
