i really am debating getting 3 way speakers for the front or the components. if i go the component route i want to know where i can mount the tweeter? i know the a pillar in the door is a little too small. some get some pics or some ideas on where they have mounted there tweeters i would appreciate it.

 

it really depends on what components you are considering as to where you can mount the tweeter

 

 

that's where mine went....but I think my TL door is a little different b/c mine went a little below the handle, but be careful b/c the plug for the memory seats can cause you a real headache as they did for me!

 

I just did this like last week, let me know if you need more help....in some of the pics it looks like it's to close to the handle but it actually fits perfectly with the lip around the door handle

put mine in the sail panel also, no room to flush mount, but i like the angle there, highs seem alot better than when they were mounted in the stock arm rest location of my old buick lesabre. Only pic i have is in a collage of my system since all i have is a camera phone.

 

Ya I would like some more pics too, I tried to put them in the sail panels and couldnt do it and had to order new ones
