If I install an original factory video screen /HVAC controls in my TL, can I use it without installing all of the features, particularily navigation? I would like to use the screen mainly for video purposes (3rd party mods), but still use the original 6-CD changer.

 

do you already have one with navi or what? if not, you can put the display for the stock unit in the area where those two compartments are. Then install a factory screen. But that might be a bit of work. My idea is to get a tl with navi (trade in ) and get doms converter if you have the money.
