I popped out one the tweeters (using a pocket knife blade) last night to snap some quick pictures. I just did this to give other people on the board of idea of what they will be dealing with if you choose to upgrade the dash mounted tweeters.

The actual tweeter snaps into the trip ring. Hopefully the pictures will give people insight into upgrading the tweeters.

 

Yea .im planning on putting my cdt tweets in there, just haventhad the time.

 

have any T-S specs for the tweeters?

What is the size on those tweeters, and does anyone know of an aftermarket brand that will just pop into the dash opening without having to cut the hole any bigger.

 

They are about 3/4". You'll need small tweeters to fit in there.
