my odometer display has gone dark....i can see the lcd numbers are still there if i look close but they are no longer lit, and neither is my red led gear indicator anymore. can anyone help?

Whats up yeah mine is out but I think my problem is cause an idiot burned my wireing harness. But check that it may be the same thing. Take a test light and check. Its going to be the cluster of wires right behind your steering column. If you find a different answer let me know. My is out but all the lights work except the illumination.
