CL: no power new battery and terminals

no power new battery and terminals
I have an 01 cl type s that I am having problems with. To start I have yet to find an alternator to fit other than the one that was on it. But most importantly after I uninstalled the alternator I no longer have any power other than the brake lights flashers and horn. Any help. I have already put a brand new optima battery with premium terminals. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
