No navi, so how har would it be to get video in the glove box...
I have been giving getting a car VCR for a while, and since i dont have a navi system, I was looking arround for good places for a video screen. When the glove box is open all the way, i was thinking maybe a video screen would fit in there just fine. I know only the passenger could watch, but whatever, it wouldstill be cool on trips... and no one would know it was there... it could even be angled down and left a little to make it easier for the driver to watch too... What size screens are there, what do they cost, and how much of an angle can they still be seen? Also how do they hook up to the vcr, do they have a video rca plug???
thanks

You can get anywhere from a 2.5" LCD to a 15", 22" flatpanel, etc.... for the glovebox, probably a 7" widescreen or 6.4" or even 8" widescreen will fit. They have composite video in on them (RCA jacks), power input (+12 & GND). I carry most of them. They range from $150 for a 4" screen on up. The 6.4" Monitors are around $550 each with remote control, mounting brackets, etc. Check my website for installs I have done with video....
