First - I"M POSTING THIS IN THE CL SECTION BECAUSE CL GUYS LOOK HERE!
Moderators on here are thread Nazis sometimes....lol.

Has anyone tried putting the newer poly speakers from the 04-08 TL or newer RL into the CL? They look like they would fit.

If they DO fit - do they sound any better? The stock 03 CL Speakers are rather flat.

i don't think anyone has done it and i don't think it would be a noticeable upgrade. and probably shouldn't call the mods "nazis"

I heard the stereo in that 07 TL-S I almost bought and nearly flipped - it sounded pretty good as I recall. Not just with more bass - but the doors were crisp - clean.

it probably has a lot to do with the head units in the 3g TL. the stock bose that come w/ the 2g CL are pretty shitty

i put an avic2 in and used the stock amp with rca spliiter from ebay and it sounds much better
