TL: new speakers

new speakers
my front right speaker went out and have been looking at new ones but im pretty noobish on the subject. i found these http://www.crutchfield.com/p_130TSA1...er-reviews-tab
if i get these will i need anything else? im trying to get some that dont require much change. i want to do little work. any help would be great

Yeah you're going to need 6.5's and not to mention your link was for components you will need coaxials. You could do components, but it would be far more work, which you said you don't want to do. Not to mention often times the tweeter would be mounted too far from the woofer and the sound wouldn't be quite right, but back to the point. I'm not a big pioneer far as far as speakers go. Might want to check into some MB Quarts, they tend to have the best sound for a mid price range speaker. Not to mention if you went with say the http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...t-FKB-116.html then you could probably afford to get 2 pair to replace all your speakers, since the Pioneers you listed were over 100. If you are really into sound quality check out Focal or JL audio (focal being slightly better imo), but you will pay more for it.

And just a heads up the stock Bose speakers are held by three screws where all aftermarket have 4.
And most anything over say 50 bucks is going to be better than stock.
