CL: new head unit

new head unit

i recently bought a kenwood ddx319 head unit... i was wondering if i would have any problems with the speakers/subs working... i also bought the PAC soem-4.. and the PAC wheel intergration

Everything will work fine if you use the stock amp. Thats the easiest way rather i'd say.

160 watts max. I used to know the wattage breakdown.

Infinity & JBL which are both owned by Harmin-Kardin offer their speakers 2-ohm. If you were to drop-in 4-ohm speakers using the stock amp, it would be like you only had an 80watt system. yeah makes sense to me... i found one of my old 12" JBL subwoofers from the old surround system in my living room... it had a bad am but kept the sub. my girlfriends dad gave me his old sub box and have the JBL in it. just need amp to power speaker. any ideas on how to run wires from trunk to h/u and battery. dont want to rip up the carpet or drill through my fire wall!!

For the battery wire, use one of the rubber grommets that goes between the firewall and the interior compartment.
