Question Need your help with stock mp3 player

can anyone please help me out. I'm in the middle of installing my stock mp3 player which I bought off of someone in the forums. And there are no instructions.

Does anyone know where I connect the bus link to from the MP3 player to the Navi?

The stock player also has 2 female connectors on the deck one on the right one on the left. which one goes to navi and which comes from the navi?

I'm a bit lost.

Also has anyone removed their center console panel before where the shifter is... I can seem to make it budge...

any help would be grateful!

thanks!

go to your local acura parts dealer and ask them for a print out of the installation instructions. im sure they would be happy to print it for you.

You need the audio connector kit.

The connector on your radio is designed for the dvd entertainment system, there is an adapter you need to get to connect the mp3 player to that connector.

Thanks you for your reply.

I actually got it installed already. The MP3 player came with the kit when I bought it. And I went to the dealer to get the instructions.

The hardest part was prying out the center console... which took a huge amount of effort in getting those clips detached. Man what a bitch it was!

If you know how to do it, the install takes about 20 min.

No Problem and thanks for the fast shipping and instructions! The overall install is very simple, like I said it was removing that center console that was difficult.

The MP3 player is a nice addition --it's just too bad it doesn't read ID3 tags.
