Unhappy Need system help......

Whats up fellas. I just put in my system and I am not too happy with it. There is no volume (well at least compared to my last car) and I have a slight hiss. My gains are almost all the way down and i've been tweaking it for weeks.

Here's what I have:

Factory headunit (Didnt want to change it unless I had to)
Studio Driver System4 6.5" Components (Imported from Germany, awesome speakers)
Stock rear fill (Soon to be upgraded to some Diamond Hex's)
Zapco AG650 (Front left bridged to channels 1 & 2, Front right bridged to channels 3 & 4)
Zapco AG1000
Zapco SP4SL (Balanced signal with sybilink cables)
Diamond Audio M6 12" DVC (2)

So here is my question. I guess im gonna have to upgrade my headunit. I am torn between getting a flip out TV or just a regular headunit. I will mount the signal processor under the headunit. I just dont know if the flip out TV would look stupid right under the Nav screen.

Here is the TV I would get.

Also has anyone had any experiences with this TV? Good or bad.

CLIFFS NOTES:
1. Is there anything I could do to get my factory headunit to not sound like ****.
2. TV or regular headunit.
3. Does the flip out TV look stupid right under the nav screen.
4. Good or bad experiences with Eclipse TV's.

Thanks
Chris

I have not had experience with that particular model but, I do have an Eclipse indash screen in my MDX and it is top notch. There have been a couple of vehicles in the auto stereo mags with Eclipse screens and they always get top marks. I do not think you would be dissappointed.

are you using volume out to your subs?
cuz if you are then that's wats making the hiss sound...its quite normal

Upgrade the headunit...I know what you mean about changing it...for me its the steering controls that keep me attached to the stock headunit

PM StreetEffectz, he just got word of a component that supposedly eliminates the hiss when using the stock head unit with a separate amp. I don't think it's been tested yet, but it's worth a shot.
