I don't know much about electronics at all, basically what I am looking for a doubl din (in dash) unit that has navigation, DVD feature, and MP3 player. I would like for the OEM steering wheel controls to still work, but that's not a must I can get by without them. I'm looking to spend as LITTLE as possible, but I obviously don't want a total piece of junk.

A friend of mine said he could get me a Pioneer one for around $700.00.

Need advice/suggestions guys.

i think the best one is the pioneer avic d3, thats what most are using. it combines a dvd, navi, mp3, ect all in one unit. yet i think there is some custom work that needs to be done to the dash kit to make it work since there are no double din dash kits for us. just a lot of money to put down at once.

 

Avic D3. You can get a D3 for $800 pretty easily. A steering wheel kit shouldn't be that much, and as long as you or your friend can install the unit you'll have a great setup on a budget.
