Need some help & Info...

Hey guy, my friend here wants to sell me a set of MB Quarts ( i think it's a set of 4) for 250.oo is that considered pretty cheap? And would it fit my 2k TL? Would I need anymore additional mod?

Please help... and opinons and comments needed...
