for a used alpine v12 amp and 2 12" w6's in a box. my friend is selling it and i want to know how much to give him. thanks

i think the model number is 1505.

Wouldn't the value be whatever you're willing to pay? If you think $150 is a good deal, and you'd be willing to pay it, offer it to him. He'll either say yeah, or no. If he says no, ask him what he wants for it. It's all up to you man. It's tough to price out used gear, especially because you don't know the condition..... Make a good guess..... Your's is as good as ours...
