need help with tft active matrix monitors.

i just got my 7 inch flip down and my indash monitors yesterday, they are for my car computer. how would i be able to power it up inside my house using the outlet? using a 12v output adapter right?

A 12VDC power supply, with sufficient current rating.

it says 200ma after the 12vdc on the adapter
