I'm looking to buy a big screen right now, I just don't know what I should be looking for. I saw an ad in the local paper advertising a 73" Mitsubishi HDTV big screen for $2999, at a store called "The Big Screen Store". Anybody have any experiences with them? Anyways, I'm looking for advice on what I should be looking for in a good TV. A plasma isn't an option right now...I'm waiting a couple years for the prices to come down a bit. But I'm most likely going to be watching the dish network, dvd's all that stuff on the new big screen. I'm not so sure about a full surround system yet, probably just going to use the speakers on the TV for now. If anybody has any advice to give, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

 

If plasma isn't an option, definitely check out a rear projection LCD w/DLP technology. Just make sure it's an LCD and not just a rear projection....

Something to check out, which may be hard to get until mid January, is Panasonics 60" rear projection LCD.....it's quite lovely
