So, I know the 2000 TL is running Windows CE 5. What I'm trying to do is access the actual OS and install a new navigation program that I'm working on. My question is this...How do I get a new program to load? I know WinCE5 is basically like a palm pilot or any of the old handheld PDAs. So how do I get into it? I know a little bit about a lot so feel free to throw anything at me.
