navigation disk error 99 tl3.2

I have a 1999 Acura tl3.2 and my navigation system isnt working. It says hard disk error. I checked in my trunk and there is a disk in there. Any solutions???? Thanks

Search this forum for "PCMCIA" for instructions on how to replace the hard drive with a compact flash card and a cheap PCMCIA adapter.

This guy has a business of selling the "new and improved replacements." I bought the PCMCIA Hard Disk Drive from him over a year ago and couldn't be happier. It is $135 shipped and is 100% plug and play.

Everything you need to know is on his site. The replacement unit is slightly faster than your original and should cover the same geographic area.

He also offers the option of converting to the newer DVD Nav systems which give you nationwide coverage and current maps and point of interest. This will cost you $435 through him. Check it out.
