can this kind of oem navi be albe to fit in 1st gen cl? can it be connected? and can be in working condition?

it's from 2004 rl.. or should i use 99-03 tl/cl one?

i saw one guy installed... but don't know if it works perfectly, and i want to know how to install them..?
