Navi Plus VS. AVElectronics for Navi + DVD
Looking to do a Navi + DVD conversion on my TSX. There has been alot of talk on the forums about the AVElectronics unit. http://www.avelectronic.com/products.htm
I also found this unit after talking to someone selling their TSX on Ebay that had this conversion done from Navi Plus. http://www.naviplus.tv/index.php?pid...41f33c46e48500
Has anyone worked with these and can explain the difference? Like they require a parking brake ground wire to operate. The AVElectronics unit requires a single pulse ground to work. Just wondering if the Navi Plus unit is the same.
Also does anyone know the price difference and online retailers?

From doing some research on this forum if in fact the Vsokolov unit is the Navi+ unit then there is a problem with lines appearing on the screen from voltage irregularities that requires a filter to remedy. Also the Navi+ Unit would only allow one video output as compared to the AVElectronics unit that has multiple outs for possible headrest monitors.
