Hey, I have a AVIC-D1 unit, with a GEX-P10XMT xm radio unit.

I hooked up the P-bus cable from the xm unit to the back of the radio. Sign up for XM with Nav Traffic... Now I can play xm music, but all the traffic options are grayed out.

Does the XM receiver need to be connected with the XM Data cable to the back of the AVIC-D1 unit for the NavTraffic stuff to work?
