Hello Everyone. I'm new here.

I have a 2004 TSX, which I bought used. It had an aftermarket phone and iPod player installed.
The CD player stopped working - when you touched the CD button the nav screen was blank.
I brought it to the dealer to fix, and asked them to pull the phone and iPod units while they were checking out the CD. When they were done, the nav touch screen no longer worked.
I've had the dash unit and trunk unit sent out for repair - they both came back as working properly. I've had all of the wires in the harness checked, and all seem to be in working order.

Does anyone know what the problem could be? I'm at a dead end here.

Go to a different dealer and/or get a second opinion

If the wiring and units are fine then something isn't adding up. It sounds like a harness isnt plugged in or a clipped wire.. They may have screwed something up removing what you asked and dont want to take the blame..
