Nav. temp controls

Sorry if this has been covered, but I can't find it. Does anyone know if the '01 temp controls from a NAV car can be used in place of the non-NAV versions? Is it simply an unplug and re-plug thing?

Here's the deal...

- I have a non-nav car.
- My area has no coverage with the Acura Nav.
- I want to install the new Eclipse AVN2454 combo Nav and DVD.
- I want to replace my non-nav upper bezel with a nav one to provide the approx. double-din opening for the Eclipse.
- I want to install a single-din 6-disc changer in the stock radio location

Here's the rub...

- I want the nav higher up than in the current radio location even though there is room where the stock radio lives
- My temp controls are currently where I want to put the new nav.

Some background...

- I'm an EE with a lot of audio experience, so I'm not too scared of the install
- I've already replaced the speakers and amps. I'd be happy with the factory head unit, but I really wanted the Nav.

Anyone know about the interchangability of the Nav and non-Nav bezels and temp controls? It looks easy, but I don't want to sink the money into the parts only to find out there is no way to make it work.

As an asside, anyone have a bezel they want to part with cheap?

Thanks!
