Nav Code Error help please

My battery went dead on a cold winter night a few months ago. It needed to be replaced so it was. Once replaced, the antitheft codes for the head unit as well as the navigation system needed to be inputed. I did and neither of them worked as if i was using incorrect codes but i wasn't and i used them before and they worked fine. i unplugged the ant. wire from behind the head unit and then put the code in and the head unit worked fine. However, the navigation code still do not work. The screen is telling me that the code is incorrect. The codes came with the purchase of the car from Acura in 2005. my car is a 2003 TLs no longer under CPO warranty. I appreciate any help thanks.

You are using two different codes right? The Navi and radio code should be different.

The only known issue is the radio with antenna which you have resolved. If you have the right code there should not be any issues with the Navi..

I had the same problem. Turns out there are two codes for the navi.
Give Acura Client Services a call and they will ask you to verify ownership (fax registration/copy of license) and they will call you with the alternate code.
Got mine within a day of sending the info.
