I was wondering if there is enough room to mount a amp under the rear passenger seat in the tsx? If so would it bad because the amp might over heat from not having enough air?

 

actually i wouldn't recommend it...a few friends of mine told me not to because of our ac vents are down there...so they could condense (sp?) the amp with moisture...

however, i can't be 100% sure about this so others might be able to help...

to me it made sense lol...so i mounted mine on the floor in the trunk...i need to build something back there sooner or later...

 

I know the front passenger seat has air vents underneath but I don't think they would have air vents the the rear passenger seat.
